New Pangea - The City of Atlantis The original inhabitants of Atlantis had built an enormous glass-like dome over the capital city, also known as Atlantis. When barbarians sent by the Deviant Lemuria empire attacked Atlantis, King Kamuu opened the magma-pits which were the city's means of heating. This caused a chain reaction which collapsed and sank the continent. The city itself stayed mainly intact, and its remarkable architecture became the standard for its reconstruction and reinforcement for over thousands years. Truly a sight to behold, the underwater kingdom of Atlantis holds a certain majestic beauty—even to those not belonging to the Homo Mermami. Moderator: Uatu the Watcher |

The Imperial Castle The official palace of the residing Atlantean monarchy. This grand and royal castle has housed the most noble and honorable rulers of Atlantis for thousands of years. It’s magnificent architecture and design distinguishes itself just as prominently in the past as it does today. Though slightly modified and accommodated gradually in time to suite specific tastes and needs, it still stands illustriously tall as a defining symbol to its people. Over time, many famous kings and queens have called the Imperial Castle home, such as King Kamuu, Queen Zartra, Emperor Thakorr, and Prince Namor. Tomb of Princess Fen The final resting place and memorial to the Atlantean Fen, daughter to Emperor Thakorr and mother to Prince Namor. Her life perished in the devastating earthquake attacks upon Atlantis by Paul Destine, along with her father. Their deaths were avenged at the hands of Namor himself. Moderator: Uatu the Watcher |

Realm of the Faceless Ones The Faceless Ones diverged drastically from Homo Mermani at some point in the past. The Faceless Ones are savage, carnivorous creatures, able to shred flesh and bone with their claws and teeth. They are aquatic and thus able to breathe underwater and survive the cold and pressure at the ocean's depths. Around 5900 BC, thirty years after the death of the Atlantean ruler Kamuu, the Faceless Ones besieged Atlantis, swarming through its streets and slaughtering the people. A northern tribe of Homo Mermani known as the Old Ones, led by Suma-Ket, offered to eradicate the Faceless Ones in exchange for being allowed to settle within Atlantis. Ket quickly fulfilled his promise, using magical means, banishing the Faceless Ones to a subterranean realm. Moderator: Uatu the Watcher |
