Kitty flopps down on the couch, streaching and twisting with a groan as she phases free of her stuffy boots kicking her feet up on the arm rest. Reaching back, she hits the sleep button on the clock radio as the mysterious voice transmits from the nearby "Kingdom of Nye." "Good evening/good morning as the case may be all across the fruited plane and world wide via the interenet This is Coast to Coast AM... With me, your host, Art Bell...." Kitty was just getting comfortable when something wet and slimy slides along one of her feet and across her toes. "EW! Lockheed!" she moans. "How many times do we have to go over this? It's only CALLED toe jam." Reaching out, the small purple draggon swoops into her arms. "C'mon, buddy. We need to get a good night's sleep tonight. the returning students will start showing up tomorrow." Morning comes too soon as a phased hand fries yet another alarm clock. "Don' wanna get up." Kitty grumbbles from under the sheets. Sheets which are promptly ripped from her by a very rude but presistant little draggon. Kitty slowly rises and staggers to the bathroom. "Bully." She scolds Lockheed as she shuts the door. A half hour later, Kitty is enrout down to the front gate. The Professor was away... again. Leaving Scott and Emma in charge. With all that was happening, all the X-men where chipping in where they could. Particulary in the instructor positions. "Don't worry, PROFESSOR Wagner." Kitty snickers. "I'm sure the students will have you pulling your hair out in no time." "Hiya, Paige. THanks for comming." Kitty gave the younger student a friendly hug. The times Kitty had visited Generation-X, she had found a kindered spirit in the studious Paige. A hunger for knowlage and adventure. And on the reciving end of cirtain bitting remarks from Miss. Frost. Remarks that were supposedly ment as a compliment. But being told by the White Queen that you remind her of herself at that age... well, maby it was a warning.

Kudos for including Lockheed. Nice display of her youthful and playful characteristics. You know what you’re doing.
Approved. Might want to change that display name of yours.

History: Kitty's powers first began expressing as severe headachs in her teen years back in Deerfield, Ill.. It wasn't untill she woke up form a "sleep walking " incident to find her blanket stuck halfway through the floor that the truth began to come to light. Offered recruitment by both the Hellfire Club and the X-men, Kitty chose the latter after a battle that embittered Kitty toward Emma frost to this very day.
Over the years, Kitty befriended the little alien dragon, Lockheed. was possessed briefly by the demon ninja, Ogun. And deeply loved her teammate, Colussous. Fighting alongside her fellow X-men, however, was a dangerous job As Kitty learned hard and fast one adventure in the morlock tunnles where the X-men battled the Marauders. Taking an energy harpoon hit for a teammate, Kitty nearly died and was stuck in a perminant state of intangibility for a few years after the incident. Recovering on Muir Island off the coast fo Scottland, Kitty helped form Excalibur, essentialy the over-seas X-Men. Shortly after the formation of Excalibur, Maddilyne Pryor went mad and became the Gobblyn Queen instigating the supernatural Inferno. Kitty managed to save her friends and teammates, Captain Britain and Meggan from it's madening effects, but she did it with the Soul Sword. That ment something had happened to her best friend Illyanna. (speculation abounds over exactly what happened) The soul sword was eventualy delt with by Nightcrawler's sorceress girlfriend, Amanda Seffon. Amanda managed to separate the corupting sword from Kitty, and entrusted it (foolishly) to her mother who in turn killed the magicians ahead of her on the winding way of magic and became the new Red Queen of the London branch of the Hellfire Club. When the Club failed to control a demon under London, The sword changed hands a few more times untill Amanda again took posession of it as the new Magik.
During her time in Excalibur, Kitty had a brief fling with the older chain-smoaking Pete Wisdom. Wisdom was a former member of the Black Air covert opperations group, but turned against them instead, siding with the good guys.
After the wedding of Captain Britain and Meggan, Excalibur disband, the former X-men returning to New York, and the X-men. Things were pretty standard for a while untill a trip to genosha set Kitty on edge. A short haircut, skimpy attire, and rebellious attitude set the tone for her stay with the X-men untill A mission in space forced her to separate from her friends. Upon returning to earth, Kitty opted to go to college, leaving the madcap life of an X-man behind. A sentinal attack showed her, however, that you can run, but you can't hide. Stubberon as ever, Kitty stayed at it for a time untill a group of X-men fighting Elias Boggan (Shadow King?) called on her aid. Unable to just say no afterwards, Kitty was oncemore drafted into the X-men at Emma's request. Emma supposedly wanting someone who didn't particulary trust her to watch her back moraly.

First and foremost, the profile needs to be made in a separate topic where it will be reviewed and moved on to the proper board. You post it in the main character board before it’s approved. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, I suppose it’s time to clear this up.
Kitty is no longer a bartender. That’s in Chicago. She currently teaches at the Academy.
Those powers need reworking and need a slight more in-depth explanation. Plus, she doesn’t possess invisibility.
A costume explanation isn’t necessary.
And the history is missing her most recent exploit with the Hellfire Club’s assault on the Xavier School; along with her interaction with Cassandra Nova during this time.

I thought we were spinning off from just before Civil War, and free to go where we want within reason from there.
I cited two examples for the "invisability" Like I said, it's not something she's likely to use except in the most extreem circumstance.

My apologies, but we’ve recently moved onward. The decision was unanimous. The Civil War has begun, see the Stamford board for more details.
