At the very beginning of reality—where “what is” gives to what “might be” exists the Panoptichron. Also known as The Crystal Palace, some believe the Panoptichron is contained within the M'Kraan Crystal, though it is in fact apart from and outside all other realities. From the Crystal Palace, every dimension can be viewed and monitored. At one time the Panoptichron was the home of the Timebroker, it serves as the base of operation for the Exiles for them to repair broken and displaced timelines.
